Areas of Focus: Life transitions, depression, anxiety, living with chronic illness, using psychodynamic, positive psychology, and mindfulness techniques/practices.
Areas of Focus: I work with children, adolescents and adults. I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, play therapy for children, positive psychology and mindfulness. I have experience treating: depression, anxiety, self-esteem issues and life changes.
Areas of Focus: Utilizing evidence based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectal Behavioral Therapy to help identify limiting beliefs and dysfunctional coping mechanisms that may impede a person's functioning and help them develop new effective ways of coping and living to their full potential.
Areas of Focus: Developmental and behavioral challenges at home and school using a team approach including parents, caretakers, teachers, school guidance to bridge gaps for kids to achieve and be the scholars they are designed to be. This is the banner I adopt in my practice and I use my own strengths to empower others.

Areas of Focus: Young adults and adolescents experiencing anxiety and depression, stressors attached to relationships, work/life/school balance, and self-confidence. My therapeutic approach is a person-centered approach of openness and engagement, focusing on each client's strengths as well as concerns.

Areas of Focus: I have extensive experience working with adolescents and family work. Specially trained in trauma, LGBTQ, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT}, Familial second order change evidence-based practice.
Areas of Focus: Helping clients who are having difficulty adjusting to transitions in life, sexuality, self-esteem, social skills, self-harm behaviors, mood disorders, trauma, grief, and depressive disorders.
