Dr. Michele Winchester-Vega has received the Lifetime Achievement Award from the NASW Mid-Hudson Chapter and continues to be active in the community collaborating with other health and mental health professionals.
Areas of Focus: I work with children, adolescents and adults. I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, play therapy for children, positive psychology and mindfulness. I have experience treating: depression, anxiety, self-esteem issues and life changes.

Areas of Focus: Young adults and adolescents experiencing anxiety and depression, stressors attached to relationships, work/life/school balance, and self-confidence. My therapeutic approach is a person-centered approach of openness and engagement, focusing on each client's strengths as well as concerns.
Areas of Focus: Adolescents and Adults, young adults transitioning into independence, Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, Grief, Women's Issues, and the LGBTQIA population.
Areas of Focus: I have extensive experience working with adolescents and family work. Specially trained in trauma, LGBTQ, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT}, Familial second order change evidence-based practice.
Areas of Focus: Helping clients who are having difficulty adjusting to transitions in life, sexuality, self-esteem, social skills, self-harm behaviors, mood disorders, trauma, grief, and depressive disorders.
Areas of focus: Children and older adults; geriatric and aging issues, counseling of caregivers of children with special needs.
Areas of Focus: Lori has specialized training in public health issues, working with the geriatric population, as well as palliative care and end of life issues. She uses a range of modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Grief Therapy and Strength Based Theory.
