Dr. Michele Winchester-Vega has received the Lifetime Achievement Award from the NASW Mid-Hudson Chapter and continues to be active in the community collaborating with other health and mental health professionals.
Areas of Focus: Rebecca finds a lot of value in flexibility and learning new ways to broaden her skillset to best support each individual. She's been described as being a warm, present and supportive provider who is particularly interested in supporting those with trauma and complex trauma, anxiety disorders, mood disorders, addictive patterns and navigating neurodiversity.
Areas of Focus: I work with children, adolescents and adults. I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, play therapy for children, positive psychology and mindfulness. I have experience treating: depression, anxiety, self-esteem issues

Areas of Focus: Lori has specialized training in public health issues, working with the geriatric population, as well as palliative care and end of life issues. She uses a range of modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Grief Therapy and Strength Based Theory.
Areas of Focus: Margaret’s areas of focus are Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, Substance Abuse and Eating Disorders. Through the use of a variety of treatment modalities; CBT, Expressive Arts and Mindfulness techniques; a client centered approach is utilized to support clients through their therapy process.
Areas of Focus: Susan’s priority is to create a brave space where “all of you is welcome here.” Her overall approach is psychodynamic and humanistic in nature and she utilizes a variety of techniques taken from somatic-based and experimental (Gestalt) practices, mindfulness, and parts work from a Schema Therapy perspective.
